Resolutions/Plans

Planning and plotting for the new year. Oh, there will be joy in't.
This shall be a year of stash busting. The fiber stash must get smaller or go away. One huge Tupperware tub of costumes and two huge tubs of fabric is small for some folks, but when you add it to the two tubs of yarn? Plenty of crafting right there.
Sewing
♥Modern
1. Make the camisoles/shirts I bought the fabric for in September. I think the black satin embroidered with multi-colored flowers will be a camisole, while the black/white floral will be a top with flutter sleeves (View A).
2. Make a dress from the beige/floral fabric I got at Joann for CHEAP. I'm so tired of going out in a black silk sweater and jeans. This is a adorable, but I think this or this will work better with my yardage.
3. Curtains for the kitchen or a slipcover for the couch. Or not, considering I'm moving in May.
♥Historical
1. Finish Bojangle's frock coat that I was supposed to make for Dickens Fair.
2. Make day bodice for 1850s ballgown.
3. Finish sister's renfaire outfit, with inevitable acquisition of The Tudor Tailor. That girl is just too squirmy to drape patterns on.
4. Make incredibly extravagant bustle dress for me. I am entirely in love with that dress. My heart flutters when I look at it. It's so pink and beautiful and . . . *sigh* Probably end up making an evening bodice for that -- two dresses in one!
5. Day bodice for Dawn for Dickens next year.
Knitting
1. Make perfect black cardigan to go over strapless dress. You can wear beige with black, right?
2. Finish sister's Arctic Diamond Stole. She was supposed to get it at Christmas, but I needed to order more yarn.
3. Make Kate from Knitty for baby cousin Megan, who loooooves kitties.
4. Finally finish the Heathery Duo Skirt, even though it means starting over entirely.
5. Knee-high stockings from Vintage Socks by Nancy Bush. Good for the 16th-20th centuries. Already got the yarn for that.
And the biggest resolution: Acquire a digital camera to document all this jazz. And take entirely unbecoming photos of myself in past efforts with the timer.
Um, in reviewing that list, does anybody know if cloning has been perfected yet? Or have some good leads on free money?
