I learn something new every day. Today I learned that diet Sunkist soda has caffeine in it. A lot of caffeine. I learned this after drinking two bottles of it after 7 pm, over the course of about 6 hours.

My heart is going like a jackhammer. I'm actually a little jittery and punchy, and I can't hold still. Is this how people who take speed feel? Because if it is, then I don't see the attraction.

Stupid orange soda! Why did you have to be on sale? I should have gotten Fresca.

Really. Who chooses orange soda over Fresca? Who chooses anything over Fresca? If I had the option of pushing one and only one button, one of which saved a puppy from being incenerated and the other gave me a frosty can of Fresca I think I'd opt for the Fresca.

Usually, I'd say the same, right down to the puppy incinerating, but the orange soda was on sale! It was like a buck fifty less than the Fresca. The dram of Scottish blood in me reached out for it. I will never choose orange soda over Fresca again.

Two twenty ounces or two two liters? I know many (most?) people don't have my tolerance for caffeine but I would be amazed and incredibly amused if it was the former.

Two twenty ounces. I think I'd probably be in the hospital if I drank two 2-liter bottles. I generally take in very little caffeine over the course of the day, and I was not expecting to take in this.

Huh. I can't imagine being that sensitive to caffeine. The pills I mentioned in my entry from yesterday were 200mg apiece and I took three at once with little effect. Pepped me up a bit but that was it.
